It's been a funny old week, glad it's Friday. The plan was to go to the bonfire night in Rhyl but Andy and I have agreed that it wouldn't be much fun with the weather being what it is. It's grotty and rainy tonight and it's rained so much in the last few days the showfield must be a quagmire.
Action packed weekend coming up, rugby and chilli tomorrow, and then D&D on Sunday, should be good.
Apple is discontinuing the Xserve, proving that it is moving solely into the consumer world. Shame really, I have an old G5 Xserve stashed under my desk in work that was redundant and it's a beautifully designed machine and still fast even though it's at least five years old. I wonder how long the Mac has left now.
