Today was spent doing some of the Diversity Awareness online training course which everyone has to do. It's not the most riveting thing but does have some interesting bits.
Took the bike out for a ride after work to see how it was after the oil change. I don't know if it was psychological on my part but it seemed to go really well. Stopped off in Denbigh briefly to see Andy and Maz who are off to London tomorrow, and then headed back home. By that time it was getting dark and was probably the darkest I've actually ridden the bike in. It was pretty cold as well, definitely need to get some sort of clothing for my legs.
