Big fat Mexican

A meal that is. There's a new Mexican takeaway round the corner from County Hall. I tried it out with a colleague yesterday. He got a burrito and I got a quesadilla, along with some potato wedges. It was really good. So good in fact, that we went back today with another colleague who wanted to try it out (any excuse!). Two of us got a chilli bowl each, which was basically a load of potato wedges with an epic portion of some of the best chilli I have ever had on top, with some sour cream and cheese. The other guy also had Armadillo eggs which were jalapeno peppers, stuffed with cream cheese and covered in breadcrumbs. We also got a portion of nachos between us. It was all really, really good. Mexican food has taken a little while to grow on me, particularly after getting the squits from both Chipotle and Taco Bell in the USA, but now I really like it.

The afternoon was spent having our usual Friday meeting, which took place with a rather completative atmosphere and the occasional digestional rumblings.
